WHEREAS:

 

… WE THE PEOPLE, many of whom are members of (Tea Party or Group) of (_______) County, and all of whom are Concerned Citizens of (_______) County, have reviewed evidence that most strongly indicates that the Obama Birth Certificate displayed by him on National TV on April 27, 2011 is a forgery.

 

 

 

… We are concerned that no law enforcement agency or other duly-constituted government agency has here to fore investigated Obama's Birth Certificate to determine if it is an authentic copy of the 1961 birth records on file at the Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) in Honolulu.

 

… We also note that, despite continuing legal challenges, the Hawaii Department of Health has steadfastly refused to make public, or to release to independent forensic examination by qualified examiners, the original Obama birth records held in Hawaii's (DOH) files.

 

… Failure to determine the authenticity of Mr. Obama's document imperils every (_______) County citizen's vote if his name is on the 2012 Presidential Ballot in our county's voting precincts.

 

THEREFORE:

 

Be it resolved......

 

We request that you, as the highest law enforcement officer in (_______) County where we reside, to initiate an investigation to determine the authenticity of the document posted on the White House website.

 

 

 

We are confident that you will take your law enforcement responsibilities with all due seriousness and will not ignore, delegate, or defer the request to any other governmental or law enforcement agency, either state or federal.

 

Bottom line, Sheriff (________), you are the last line of defense to ensure that State statutes are enforced and that the integrity of (state) election law is preserved.
