Matthews stated on MSNBC that
his printed out Certification of Live Birth (COLB) is Obama’s
birth certificate. This is NOT Obama’s birth
certificate. No one has seen Obama’s birth certificate, it is sealed and vaulted
in Hawaii or he has a COLB sealed and vaulted there. Clearly the COLB states on
the bottom that "This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth
in any court proceeding." A COLB is NOT proof of
birth.
Chris Matthews has produced a fake document on MSNBC to try to prove Obama’s citizenship.
